Halloween

We didn't really do much for Halloween. We didn't even go into Chelan to trick-or-treat or go to dinner like we've done in years past. It seemed to be really cold, much colder than the other two years we'd been here.

We just went to North Shore Bible Church, they have a trunk-or-treat in their parking lot. Dale England flew in with his helicopter and dropped candy. Then we went home and made a box of mac and cheese for the kids for dinner. Pretty low key. I win lame mom award and didn't even dress Malia up.

The kids went around and around and around and made out with a load of candy. We saw and visited with lots of friends there and were back home with in an hour. The kids visited the few houses on the street that were home and then it was off to bed at a normal hour.
